Born to Margaret (Molahan) and Patrick Lee, Patsy attended St. Rose Elementary School,
St. Mary's Academy and the University of Portland. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima parish and volunteered at the Society of St. Vincent De Paul-Portland Council and at St. Andre Bessette Catholic Church. She also belonged to the All-Ireland Cultural Society of Oregon.
